Auntie Fee, the swearing chef: Know about her YouTube channel and death!
Auntie Fee was an American YouTuber who gathered a lot of fans with her cooking lessons on her channel. She was an expert in cooking and used to make dishes that were quick to make especially for kids. But she had one problem. What was it? And why did she stop posting on her YouTube channel?
Auntie Fee and her early days of life
Auntie Fee was an American YouTuber who gained fame for her online cooking demonstration of wonderful and delicious food dishes. Her son, Tavis Hunter used to film her cooking sessions.
Auntie’s real name was Felicia Arlene O’Dell and she was born on 7 May 1957 in Los Angeles, California. Her other names were Chef Sista Girl and the swearing chef. Her father, James O’Dell was a plumber, carpenter, and electrician. She was one of his ten children. Auntie learned cooking at her age 9. She used to cook for her father his favorite dishes such as red beans and rice, hog’s head cheese, and gumbo.
But her relation with her dad was not good. It further deteriorated when she got pregnant at age 15. She is a school dropout from John C. Fremont High School. Later, she was into drugs and served a jail term for it. She denied drug peddling and was released from prison in 1992.
Auntie, the YouTube sensation
Auntie started posting videos on her YouTube channel in July 2014. These were mainly on her cooking skills that showed how to make delicious recipes and cook in a budget. Her son, Tavis Hunter used to shoot the sessions. Auntie would always say that the food she makes is for her kids.
Moreover, Auntie started sale of culinary products on her website such as spices, condiments, dry seasonings, and apparel. Additionally, Auntie has appeared on shows such as Jimmy Kimmel Live and The Steve Harvey Show. She has done acting in Real Husbands of Hollywood and Barbershop 3.
Auntie used to invite celebrity guests on her YouTube videos. Actress Sherri Shepherd, musician Snoop Dogg, and TMZ owner, Harvey Levin have featured on her shows.
But Auntie used to make abusive comments and remarks on her videos such as mother f****r. Hence, she got the nickname of foul-mouthed chef or the swearing chef.
Auntie death! Was she married?
Auntie was married. Her husband was Tommy Hunter. She had three children. All were sons and the youngest was Tavis. The other two were Jamie and Marlon.
In March 2017, Auntie had chest pains and was rushed to hospital. Later, she developed a massive heart attack and died in hospital on 15 March 2017. Her son Tavis wrote on 17 March 2017 on his social media:

“…I love you and you was my twin.”
“Thank you for all the prayers and hope, It did all it can do and now god made the decision to take my mother home where…”
