ISP says that after the first crash, Brian McRae, 42, of Rexburg, crashed his Dodge Ram, Jarin Inskeep, 24, of Blackfoot, crashed his 2004 Chevy Malibu, and Jeanne Smith, 59, of Roberts, crashed her 1997 Honda Civic.

Aside from that, EastIdaho News said that the person who was being charged had apparently driven to the wrong side of the road because they were too high on sugar. The state says that the terrible thing that happened was caused by her illness.
Even so, a grand jury has charged Curtis with vehicular manslaughter, which is a felony.
Documents from the court show that she was told to go to the Madison County Courthouse, but she was not locked up.
After being charged on June 30, Curtis is set to be brought before a judge on July 26.
