50 Cent bought Lastonia Leviston's sex tape and narrated it, shaming her body
A Manhattan court was told in excruciating detail Monday how rapper 50 Cent allegedly bought a sex tape of a Florida and added humiliating and degrading commentary to it, before publishing the doctored video online.
The plaintiff in the case, Lastonia Leviston, 36, claims the tape destroyed her life and pushed her to the brink of suicide.
She is now suing 39-year-old 'Fifty' - real name Curtis Jackson - for violating her civil rights by publishing the tape and inflicting emotional harm.
However his lawyers claim Leviston's life 'is better because she filed the lawsuit'.

In 2003 Leviston had a child with rapper Rick Ross, who has a long-standing feud and rivalry with 50 Cent.
However the private sex tape was made in 2009 with her then-boyfriend, New Jersey man Maurice Murray.
Soon after, Murray sold the tape to Fifty.
Leviston sobbed in court as details of what was allegedly done to the tape before it was put on his website were explained.
The 21 Questions rapper allegedly called Leviston a 'slut' and made fun of her body using crass language.
'The camera, of course, filmed her private parts,' Leviston's lawyer Philip Freidin told the jury, according to The New York Post.
'At some point (Jackson) starts describing her private parts in intimate detail in a way that none of us would want to happen.
'He makes reference to her stretch marks from her birth.'
However Jackson's lawyer, James Renard, said it was a scam to get money from his client's 'deep pockets'.
'Her life is better because she filed this lawsuit against Rick Ross’ rival,' Renard said, The New York Daily News reported.

He added that Leviston moved into a plush home in a gated community in Pembroke Pines, Florida, after she filed the lawsuit.
He also claims that someone hacked into Jackson's computer and stole the tape.
'The bottom line is, Mr. Jackson is not the one who first published it,' Renard said.
However Freidin countered saying that Jackson - who did not know Leviston personally - used the tape to drive traffic to his website.
At the time the tape was made public, Freidin claimed, Jackson's feud with Rick Ross was at its peak, and Ross and Leviston happened to be together.
